The intelligent bot is meant to help you catch up on the endless list of work threads and channels that haunt your nightmares. It functions as an assistant. Slack, a CRM owned by Salesforce, has been testing Slack AI with a small group of early adopters. However, it is now making the service available to all of its users, although as an additional fee. Slack, on the other hand, withheld the offering’s cost.
