The Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) is a regional governing body for football in Central Asia, founded in 2015. It comprises national football associations from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. CAFA aims to develop and promote football in the region through competitions, youth development programmes, and cooperation among member associations. Its activities include organizing tournaments like the CAFA Championship and facilitating exchanges to enhance the sport’s growth and popularity across Central Asia.
